• McDonald’s meet with us—its workers—so together we can come up with a plan to stamp out harassment in its restaurants;
• McDonald’s listen to survivors of sexual harassment;
• McDonald’s hold mandatory trainings for managers and employees so we know what sexual harassment is, what our rights are and how to report these experiences to the company
• McDonald’s establish a clear and safe reporting system when we experience sexual harassment
• McDonald’s designate independent third parties to handle complaints and recommend discipline;
• McDonald’s punish harassers, not survivors;
• McDonald’s hold supervisors accountable when they don’t protect workers;
• McDonald’s protect all who wear the McDonald’s uniform by grading franchises on worker safety;
• McDonald’s respect workers’ right to organize in its stores
